Armatage, Fulton, Kenny and Lynnhurst Neighborhood Associations have joined forces to offer a new home improvement and emergency loan program.
Home Improvement Loans:
$5,000-$20,000 loan amounts
3% interest rate
No income limit
Approved Projects: most exterior and interior projects are eligible
$3,000-$8,000 loan amounts
0% interest rate; payments deferred for 5 years
Income Limit of 80% of the Area Median Income
Approved Projects: repair of imminent conditions that make a home uninhabitable

The Armatage Neighborhood Association is proud to announce the launch of the FIXIT FUND. This Home Improvement Loan and Emergency Loan Program is available for residents of Armatage, Fulton,Kenny and Lynnhurst. Find out more information about this Southwest Minneapolis Neighborhood Association Cooperative at the Southwest Home Improvement Fair! Saturday March 21st 10 am - 3 pm at Burroughs Community School.

Our award winning Parks have a new site. Lots of great information:
The Health Department is conducting “Air Quality in Minneapolis: A Neighborhood Approach” study and is looking for volunteers to help with the air quality study. It is a two-year, citywide study of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in Minneapolis neighborhoods. Eight air samples will be collected. Each sample is collected for three days. The fifth air sample collection is coming up in February.
Armatage is In zone 31 where we need two volunteers.

ANA takes position on the Ward 13 Moratorium

At the March 18th Armatage Neighborhood Association meeting, the ANA took a position on the current Ward 13 Moratorium. The meeting was well attended and resident input was taken into account.Â Thank you to everyone who participated!
