A FAMILY DINNER & NO DISHES!

Are you interested in having more meals with your family?
HOME Plus, a family-focused research study to promote healthful behaviors in partnership with Minneapolis Park and Recs, is looking for parents who:

• Have an 8-12 year old child
• Are the primary meal-preparers
• Can speak, read, and write in English
• Are interested in increasing family meals and healthy behaviors in their home

• Information on healthy eating from September 2012-June 2013 either through monthly newsletters or by attending a fun session with your family that includes hands-on cooking one night a month at Armatage park & rec center.
• You and your 8-12 year old child will complete surveys in the convenience of your home 3 times over the next 2 ½ years.
• A $75 Target gift card for each of the home visits. Your first one will be this summer!
